Applying at VIP

We try to keep the application process at VIP simple and straightforward. First, feel free to learn more about us and the open positions available. If you see a position you’re interested in and qualified for, complete our (short) application and submit your resume.

A member of our hiring team will review your submission and if your experience aligns, we’ll reach out to schedule a call for a conversation. This is a two-way dialogue! It’s not just us asking questions of you — you’re invited to ask  about the role and working at VIP.

Our interview process gives us a chance to learn even more about one another. You can expect a  structured panel interview with the hiring manager and peers. The candidates are asked a set of behavioral and situational questions to gain an understanding on how you work, what you’re passionate about and what you hope to accomplish in the role. As always — there is time for you to ask us questions.
