Diane Ojeda, born and raised in East Harlem, is an HR Administrator with a genuine passion and a steadfast commitment to creating a positive and inclusive work environment. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including six years dedicated to Human Resources, she brings invaluable knowledge and expertise to the organization. As a certified Associate Professional in Human Resources, Diane has a deep understanding of HR principles and management across various aspects of HR operations, from onboarding to benefits administration, payroll management, employee engagement, and performance management. Diane ardently advocates for DEIA initiatives that foster a supportive and fair workplace. She dedicates herself to creating an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to thrive. When not championing HR initiatives, Diane can be found immersed in a book or manhwa, jamming to her favorite K-pop songs, or spending quality time with her loved ones.
